A huge shout out to all involved in any way at the State 70s held in and around Port Macquarie this past week. With players from the far south & west to those from the far north, everyone got stuck in and enjoyed the #oldmatesnewmates, #mensshedinthefield & all that the picturesque Mid North Coast had on offer in hospitality & cricket - if not some bits of dodgy weather.

A few grabs from others who posted on social media follow. If you didn’t make it for whatever reason or want to get involved in 70s or the 60s & 50s, contact via Message & we’ll help you get connected with some tragic who’ll help.

A message from one of the key organisers;

Dear All,

On behalf of the Organising Committee, many thanks to everyone ,who has contributed to the success of the 2021 Over 70’s Cricket Championships.

In particular the committee would like to acknowledge the 9 regional managers and your teams for your outstanding sportsmanship, co-operation

and generous acceptance of some difficult situations ,particularly the unavailability of certain grounds .

We hope that you enjoyed the cricket, although some matches we acknowledge ,were played between teams of varying standard.

Please feel free to provide whatever feed- back you think is warranted and we will pass those comments on to the NSW Over 70’s Committee.
