Team Lists Due: August 31st
Just a reminder that your team lists are due at the end of this month.
This will assist with grading Division 1 and Division 2 and completing the draw.
You are also required to pay the balance of your team nomination ($1,200) by the end of this month. A reminder that if Divisions who haven’t nominated have individual players keen to play, encourage them to contact other Regions who could be looking for players to fill in.
Meet & Greet and Championship Dinner:
We have received support from Penrith City Council to stage our Meet & Greet, so we have reduced the cost to $10 per person. We recognise how integral these are to our Championships and we want to encourage all players and supporters to attend. Part of Panthers Licensing arrangements are that they must provide food with a function, but we are attempting to keep this cost to you at a minimum.
Please have your numbers, payments and dietary requirements in for the Dinner and the lunches by 16th September.
Championship Structure:
8 for Division 1 (Southern Highlands; Mid North Coast; Monaro; Port Jackson x 2; Penrith; Hunter Taverners; Central Coast)
9 for Division 2 (New England; MNC; Port Jackson; Penrith; Illawarra; Hunter Taverners; Central West; Central Coast; Western Wildfires), following the withdrawal of Coffs Harbour.
Grounds:
We have grounds allocated at Penrith, Hawkesbury and Campbelltown, but have to wait until these associations have their season fixtures done before finalising our draw. You can safely arrange your Accommodation in the Penrith area, as the matches will be spread across all of these areas for all divisions. Howell Oval and Panthers will be our bases.

Sunday 16th Oct, 5pm: Meet & Greet at Panthers “Backyard” ($10pp)
Monday 17th & Tuesday 18th: Day 1 & 2 Matches
Wednesday 19th: Rest Day
Thursday 20th: Day 3 Matches
Thursday 20th, 6pm: Championship Dinner Panthers ($65 and Cash Bar)
Friday 21st: Finals Round and Championship Presentation at Howell Oval
Due by Dates:
30th June: Nomination Fee Per Team: $500.00
31st August: Balance of Fee Per Team: $1200.00
31st August: VCNSW Registration Fee ($10 per member)
31st August: Team Lists to David Head (heady_2@bigpond.com) and Chas Viner (lynchas@bigpond.com)
